Zur Erreichung eines stabilen Laufs ohne Vibrationen und zur Sicherstellung eines lückenlosen Schmiermittelfilmes auch bei niedrigen Drehzahlen besitzt das Radialgleitlager einen feststehenden Innenteil (1), auf dessen Oberfläche über den Umfang verteilte, achsparallele Längsnuten (7) vorgesehen sind, von denen aus sich trapezförmige Ausnehmungen (9) geringerer Tiefe in Umlaufrichtung (2) erstrecken. Zwischen jeweils benachbarten Ausnehmungen (9) sind ringförmige Umfangsnuten (10) vorgesehen, die mit den Längsnuten (7) kommunizieren. Ein Schmiermittel, vorzugsweise Wasser, wird in die Längsnuten (7) eingebracht und zirkuliert durch diese sowie durch die ringförmigen Umfangsnuten (10), die Ausnehmungen (9) und den Spalt (6) zwischen Innenteil (1) und umlaufender Hülse (3) des Lagers.

The invention relates to a machine structure and can be used in supports for rotating rolls.
The purpose of the invention is the prevention of vibration during rotation.
In Fig, 1 presents the proposed internal element of the bearing; figure 2 - the cylindrical surface of the bearing element; in Fig.Z - part of a radial bearing, section.
The radial sliding bearing for rotating rolls comprises a cylindrical inner element 1 and a sleeve 2 coaxially mounted with a gap relative to this element 1, forming a lubricant cavity 3 therebetween. The inner element 1 is stationary, and the sleeve 2 is mounted for rotation around the element 1.
On the working surface of the inner cylindrical element 1 there are tangentially trapezoidal recesses 4, longitudinal 5 and annular 6 grooves. The trapezoidal grooves 4 are mated with the greater side with the longitudinal 5 grooves. An annular groove 6 is located between the trapezoidal recesses 4 and communicates with the longitudinal 5 grooves. The trapezoidal recesses 4 with the smaller side are placed to the side in the direction of rotation of the sleeve 2 and with a length less than the distance between the longitudinal grooves 5 in the circumferential direction 15. The ratio of the length of the trapezoidal recess 4 to the length of its smallest side should be 0.8-1.2, and the ratio of the largest 20 side of the recess 4 to 'its smallest side 2.3-2.6. .
Water is very suitable as a lubricant for the proposed radial plain bearing, which at the same time is a cooling medium. When performing a bearing with a fixed inner part 1 and a rotating sleeve 2, the lubricant 30 can be introduced into the longitudinal grooves and pumped out by simple means.
A roller, for example a straightening roller, for which the proposed radial plain bearing 35 is particularly suitable, can achieve tangential speeds of up to 40 m / s.
When using the proposed radial plain bearing dd, a film of lubricant possessing sufficient load-bearing ability is obtained at start-up, idling and during normal operation, and in all operating conditions there are no disturbing vibrations.

1. A radial sliding bearing for rotating rolls with a cylindrical inner element comprising a sleeve coaxially mounted with a gap relative to the element, forming a cavity for the lubricant, as well as longitudinal longitudinal grooves uniformly arranged on the circumference of the sleeve or the cylindrical inner element, and communicating with them and placed tangentially recesses, characterized in that, in order to prevent vibration during rotation, recesses in terms of ying in the form of a trapezoid, the greater mating side with longitudinal grooves.
